AI Companion (Sage)

Our companion feature uses artificial intelligence to provide supportive, wellness-focused responses. Sage is an AI — not a human counselor or medical professional. The guidance provided is for general wellness purposes only and should not replace professional medical or mental health advice. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a mental health professional.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Only you can access your personal wellness data — it is protected by row-level security tied to your account. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Payment processing: Base44 Payments (powered by Wix) for shop purchases — we do not store your payment details.
• Spotify: Optional music integration — connects only when you choose to link your account.
• Affiliate links: The Shop includes affiliate product links to third-party retailers. These are clearly marked and open externally.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the Settings page in the app. You may also opt out of email reminders at any time.

Children's Privacy

Mindful Moments is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
